Exchanges and Returns

At Massive we want you to be completely satisfied and confident in your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not, we would be happy to exchange or return your item for you.

Please note that any Massive products purchased outside of www.SuperMassiveShop.com must be returned or exchanged at the retailer you purchased them from.  We only process exchanges or returns for items purchased directly from www.SuperMassiveShop.com and with an accompanying order number.

Exchanges

If you purchased an item from SuperMassiveShop.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size, or style, you can do so by going to http://www.supermassiveshop.com/pages/exchanges-and-returns and filling out the form.  Please fill out all fields and submit to us.  Once received, we will review the claim and respond within 24-48 hours.   Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.  In order to exchange an item, exchange package must be sent within 30 days of receiving original shipment.  All exchanges are dependent on current stock.  If we cannot fulfill the exchange, your money will be returned to you.  If exchanging for an item that is higher is price, you will be charged a difference.  If exchanging for an item that is lower in price, you will be refunded the difference. Returns

Item(s) purchased from SuperMassiveShop.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.  In order to receive a refund, return package must be sent within 30 days of receiving original shipment.  Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund.  All sales on limited edition and on-sale items are final.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges for the order, and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
